The new RT14R rotating crawler carrier manufactured by Terramac brings a new level of innovation to the Terramac product line which will improve efficiency on the jobsite along with increased safety. The RT14R is designed to keep operators in a face forward position at all times which enhances visibility, promotes faster operation times, and reduces environmental damage from constant turning.

The rugged rotating upper frame provides operators the ability to offload materials at any angle or on the move for more precision than ever before while dropping loads. This unit’s unique 360° degree rotation feature also makes it easier for operators to access remote locations. Operators no longer have to worry about backing tracked carriers out of tight spaces; instead they can rotate the upper frame and drive straight out.
Manufactured in the United States, the RT14R is made entirely of premium components, and comes powered by a QSL9.0 320-hp Tier 4 Final Cummins diesel engine (non DPF) making it the first Terramac crawler carrier to accommodate new environmental regulations for engines intended to enhance environmental sustainability.
The Tier 4 final also maximizes fuel efficiency increasing productivity on jobsites. Included in the cab of the RT14R is a Parker IQAN-MD4 control system which provides full graphical, diagnostic and controller area network (CAN J-1939) gateway capabilities. A multi-function joystick with dump controls was also added for user friendly operation. The RT14R rotating tracked carrier holds up to 28,000 lbs. of materials, and maintains the Terramac customary of low ground pressure. Fully loaded the RT14R lets off just 7.9 psi which is ideal for railroad work, right of way access, river and levee construction, general earth moving, site prep and utility work.
