New Sennebogen 50 t crawler crane

50-ton load capacity, and tried and tested Sennebogen concept: the new Sennebogen 1100 crawler crane expands the product range with a further robust lattice boom crane as detailed below. The new Sennebogen 1100 E is the smallest addition to the crawler crane family and adds a 50-ton machine to the tried and tested crawler crane series below.

Just like its big brothers, the Sennebogen 1100 Crawler Crane ensures a safe procedure when using up to 90% of the load capacity, and therefore offers great flexibility when used on-site.
The sensitive control guarantees the safe positioning of the load on every occasion. An extremely impressive lifting scope as regards height and breadth with a variable boom system also allows the driver to cope with difficult challenges. It is also possible to work on a slope of up to 3° thanks to the stable caterpillar tracks.

The 120 kN winch is driven with a rope speed of up to 125 m/min via high-pressure-regulated adjustable hydraulic motors which thereby always offer an optimal pulling force and speed control. Thanks to the 129 kW Cummins diesel engine and a multi-circuit hydraulic system, an effective lifting operation is possible during simultaneous crane operations. The flexible and robust lattice boom can also be variably designed from 10.3 m to 52.3 m in accordance with the SENNEBOGEN modular system.

Compact dimensions of just 30 t for the basic unit’s transport weight and the crawler crane’s simple self-assembly system underline the user-orientated approach. As transport and assembly are so easily implemented, neither cost-intensive transport methods or further helper cranes are necessary. Thanks to the innovative Sennebogen self-assembly system, the 1100 can assemble itself on-site in just a few steps. The Maxcab comfort cabin offers the driver excellent ergonomics and all-round comfort: climate control, seat heating, and air-sprung comfort seating are just a few of the special features.
