In cooperation with t-matix, Putzmeister has developed an interface solution with which already measured machine data can be directly integrated into an existing t-matix IoT platform. 


Usually, the machines and equipment on a construction site are provided by several manufacturers and are difficult for the customer to keep track of and coordinate due to a large number of different manufacturer systems. The machine data is thus stored in different systems and not brought together centrally. The specially developed interface solves this problem.


With the Putzmeister Machine Cockpit, Putzmeister customers have a powerful IoT platform at their disposal. In the Machine Cockpit, various machine data such as operating hours, temperature fluctuations, pressures, processed quantities [among other things] are visualized and made available in real-time.


The jointly developed interface solution ensures that the data obtained by Putzmeister can now also be made available to customers who use the t-matix system. Furthermore, the data integrated in this way can also be used for further analyses in the t-matix system and in combination with data from other construction machines – in this way, Putzmeister and t-matix offer their joint customers a decisive advantage!
