Huddig AB has developed an adaptive central lubrication system together with one of the leading manufacturers of central lubrication, BEKA Lubrications. The system is factory-assembled and is controlled by the machine’s control system, which means that the amount of grease is adaptively adjusted depending on the function most used – excavation, loading or transport. Huddig High-Performance Grease and optimal lubrication offers customers environmental and economic benefits.

The operator can manually adjust the amount of lubrication in the display of the driver cab, if there is a need for more, or less grease during a certain activity. A major advantage of the central lubrication being factory-mounted is that all hose-lines are optimal with pre-drilled pipes and ducts. In addition to increasing the quality of the system and assembly, the risk of sharp bends and hose breaks is minimized.

The system covers the entire machine and most of the accessories that can be bought for example the tiltrotator or rail equipment. The system can be extended to accommodate all accessories.
The HCLS System (Huddig Central Lubrication System) is ordered as an extra option. Over 90% of the machines ordered so far are delivered with factory-installed HCLS.
