Huddig is launching the new 1260D with Stage IV engine

Huddig is launching its new machine series, HUDDIG 1260D. Some of the main features are a new Stage IV emission compliant engine, a new control system, a new aftertreatment system, a bigger display with touch functions and a significantly improved view from inside the operator´s cab. The new D series meets Huddig’s customer requirements and secures its position in the market.

The new Stage IV engine reduces emissions and fuel consumption. The new control system provides significantly faster response times, which is visibly noticeable when shaking out the front bucket for example. The visibility from the operator’s cab has been significantly improved since components such as the muffler, exhaust pipes and new aftertreatment system, have been moved out onto the right front fender behind the A pillar. The front wipers are also positioned on the right side for a better view.

The new main display has been moved up to the B pillar for better ergonomics and can be moved sideways for optimal access and control. It is larger, has a higher resolution and has a new icon-based interface with color coded functions for increased clarity. The display also has dedicated fields to show the basic machine functions and active equipment, for example rail, while giving the driver a good overview and control.

Other New Features:
– Future-proof technology for servicing and updating of the machine via internet sharing from your smartphone
– Outside temperature shown on the display
– Increased functionality of the selector knob in the lever
– Tool box behind the driver cab
– Prepared for intelligent control of central lubrication
