Optimum efficiency with Rockster’s impactor R1000S

A variety of technical refinements and maximum ease of operation are the main components for a high-quality and profitable final product. Rockster‘s Track Mounted Mobile Impact Crusher R1000S is extremely powerful in processing natural stone as well as in recycling of concrete, asphalt and demolition debris.

The R1000S has been specifically designed to increase operating and safety convenience and to offer a wide variety of optimizations:
Machine control with multifunctional color display
The multifunctional color display shows a symbolic representation of the machine with an overview of all adjustable parameters, such as engine speed, rotor speed, vibrating speed, etc. Settings for various applications can be saved and recalled with just a push of one button. The auto- and stop-start function can also be triggered on the display. Moreover, the stepless variable, fully hydraulic crushing gap adjustment can be adjusted via the display, whereby the final grain quality can be sufficiently optimized. An integrated monitoring system is used to optimize throughput and as a safety feature to prevent damage.

Optimized pre-screening
A 2-deck pre-screening with meshes increases screening efficiency and is used to produce another defined end-grain. The following bypass chute is designed in a free-swinging mode, which prevents blockages and ensures a permanent and constant flow of material.

Wear protection of the main discharge belt
A vibrating chute at the crusher outlet transports the material to the main belt and thus prevents the wear of the belt. This saves considerable wear costs.

Increased convenience
A multifunctional remote control allows for plenty of features such as the auto- and stop-start function, adjustment of the essential operating parameters, driving function and the height adjustment of the magnetic separator. Thanks to the integrated hammer changing device, an external lifting device for changing the blow bars is not necessary. Due to the hydraulic lowering function of the screen box and the main belt and the swiveling catwalk, maintenance and service work is performed with ease. The side and rear doors with up & over lift system save on space and offer easy access to the engine compartment.

Further highlights
The feeding width of almost one meter and the oversized rotor diameter of more than a meter guarantee the best performance in a wide range of applications. The hydrostatic drive in combination with the crusher load monitoring always guarantees the best possible output. Optimal adjustment of the grading curve and lower diesel consumption are further advantages of the hydrostatic drive. The regulation of the vibro speed is fully automatic.

The optional screening system consists of the circular vibrating screen RS100 in combination with the patented double-functional return / stockpiling belt RB92. The amplitude and the speed of the screen box are adjustable for a better material adaptation (e.g., construction waste or natural stone). The return system offers the possibility to either return the material into the feed hopper or to produce another end-grain. For higher flexibility, the R1000S can be even moved during operation and shut-down of the machine is not necessary.

From transport to working mode
Because of the compact transport measurements – length 10,1 m, width 2,55 m and height 3,2 m – and the weight of 30,4 tons, it is possible to transport the Rockster R1000S without any special authorization. It takes just 10 minutes to unload the impact crusher and to put it into operation. If the transport includes the optional screening system, the dismantling of the return belt and screen box is not necessary. It is also possible to transport the machine with screening system without a specifically required authorization because of the transport measurements – length 14,0 m, width 2,83 m and 3,2 m height – and a weight of 34,9 tons.
