BKT launches new size for EARTHMAX SR 423 at Automechanika Dubai

The appointment with Automechanika, held at Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Center from June 10 to 12, 2019, is such a prestigious event for BKT that the company has never missed the opportunity to showcase new products. At the last edition, BKT actually launched PORTMAX PT 93, designed for terminal tractors, whilst this year’s novelty is the new size 12.00 R 24 of EARTHMAX SR 423. This tire, which has been specifically engineered for tipper trucks and dumpers operating both on and off the road, is a product that is particularly required in the Middle East.

As a global company being present in over 160 countries worldwide, BKT pays a great deal of attention to developing products as a response to each territory’s most specific needs. In view of the importance of the Middle East market for the multinational company from India, BKT does not confine itself to being an exhibitor, but it has also been “Platinum Sponsor and Exclusive Tire Partner” of this eminent showcase for a long time. Hence, the company takes part in the event by means of conspicuous communication activities and substantial sponsorships.

This is the reason why EARTHMAX SR 423 will make its appearance right on this occasion. The tire is already available in two other sizes 10.00 R 20 and 11.00 R 20 specifically developed for tipper trucks/dumpers employed in mining and transport operations under the most demanding conditions. The robust tread pattern with non-directional lugs provides excellent traction on any terrain. The large shoulder minimizes the risk of cuts and chips even under toughest operating conditions, and on adverse and inaccessible paths. The All Steel casing structure provides great resistance and durability leading to a longer product life-cycle. EARTHMAX SR 423 has been designed for increased load capacity, and the reinforced bead makes it the ideal tire for heavy-duty service applications.

Alongside of this new entry, BKT will showcase a selection of top products for the construction and industrial sectors. First, there is EARTHMAX SR 23, in size 20.5 R 25, a specific tire for motor graders and loaders. It distinguishes itself for its outstanding self-cleaning properties as well as excellent front and lateral traction, and an extended operating life-cycle.

EARTHMAX SR 33, the radial tire for multi-purpose trucks, which ensures extraordinary grip on soft and sandy grounds. This tire is extremely resistant to snags and punctures, and offers maximum stability. On display at Automechanika Dubai in size 365/80 R 20.

Another showpiece of the Earthmax family is EARTHMAX SR 48 for rigid dumpers operating in stone quarries, cement and mining industries. This tire distinguishes itself for extraordinary traction and wear resistance even under toughest conditions in rocky environments. It is ideal for heavy-loads transport. At the BKT booth displayed in size 24.00 R 35.

For light trucks and all transport application, BKT proposes and showcases MULTIMAX MP 519 sized 7.50 R 16. Its reinforced steel-belted casing ensures extraordinary stability even at high speed (90 km/h). In addition, its low rolling resistance stands for reduced fuel consumption. This pattern is suitable for both on- and off-the-road usage.

For logistic applications, BKT displays solid tires in sizes 4.00–8 in ECO rib pattern suitable for ground support equipment and the sizes 8.15–15 and 28×9–15 in MAGLIFT ECO pattern. Specially designed for forklifts, this extraordinarily solid, stable and resistant tire eliminates any risk of slippage. It is also available as special non-marking version that ensures perfectly clean flooring.

Last but not least, there is a multi-sector and multi-purpose product, namely AT 603, which has been specially developed for telehandler applications. Exhibited in size 15.5–25, the AT 603 ensures excellent traction and best performance on and off the road. The tire is suitable for heavy-duty service.
