MOBA wheel loader scale expanded with mobile printer and USB interface

MOBA Mobile Automation AG presents its new weighing system HLC-2000 for wheel loaders for the first time at Steinexpo 2017. The new generation of the wheel loader expands the proven predecessor HLC-1000 by a handy mobile printer and a USB interface. In addition, the software was revised and the user interface was optimized again. Thanks to an extension of the basic system by a mobile printer, the operator is immediately able to print documents of the loaded weight. This does not only protect him or her from truck overloading but at the same time provides the operator with a written proof of performance.

The data collected on the loaded weight are stored on a USB medium as a CSV file and become immediately available. Just as intuitive and easy is the configuration of the HLC-2000. By USB individually created customer and material lists are just as easily loaded into the system. This procedure leads to a simplified data management, a user-friendly creation of invoices and a direct proof of the loaded material.

The state-of-the-art technology for determining the optimum weighing range uses particularly robust MOBA tilt sensors and is thus the most reliable method of dynamic weighing on the market. During the loading process, the exact weight of the loaded material is determined.

Ergonomics and robustness were once again the focus of the further development of the system. The intuitively operational panel GDC-320 can withstand any harsh situation – whether wind, water, dust or vibration. The one-handed operation during the ride is supported by the operating wheel, the MOBA Wheel. As such, the product design was consistently further developed and optimally adapted to harsh environments. Being absolutely vibration resistant and easy to operate with gloves, it is unique in the market.

MOBA Mobile Automation AG is a recognized expert and global player in mobile automation. More than 40 years of experience in the market combined with a special customer proximity daily characterize the further development of their solutions. This is how practice-oriented technologies emerge, which are convincing in the harsh environment of construction. In addition to the mobile wheel loader scale, it also offers assistance systems for rollers and excavators in earthmoving.
