Specially designed to make life easier on the jobsite, the new Volvo L20H and L25H compact wheel loaders offer smart features, all-round visibility and excellent traction for efficient performance. Bringing customers quality as standard, the latest additions to the Volvo Construction Equipment compact wheel loader range are small but mighty. Standing at a height of no more than 2 500 mm and boasting a turning radius of 8 210 mm, these H-Series wheel loaders offer excellent maneuverability, even in the most confined spaces. Small in size but high in reach and dump height, the Volvo L20H and L25H are also a great match for truck loading operations.

Engineered for efficiency, the Volvo L20H and L25H are designed to the latest emission regulations. Powered by a Tier 4 Final engine, with a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC), which eliminates the need for regeneration of additives. To improve cycle times, the fully automatic hydrostatic drive has two-speed settings, with the ability to reach maximum speeds of 30km/h. To increase traction and stability on rough terrains, the L20H and L25H feature an articulated (38°) oscillating (±10°) joint, as well as operator-activated 100% differential locks on both axels.

Comfortably productive
Designed with operator comfort in mind, the H-Series compact wheel loaders offer all-around visibility and boast minimal noise and vibration levels. To create a more pleasant working environment in dusty applications, the cab also features one of the largest filters in the industry. To provide safe entry and exit of the FOPS/ROPS certified cab, the step on the machine is highly visible.
For easy operation, a single joystick lever offers control of three functions, including the hydraulic attachments, multi-purpose buckets, and sweepers and augers. To enhance control, the compact wheel loaders are fitted with a single inching brake pedal, allowing operators to work at ‘creep speed’. In addition, the seating position can be customised, thanks to the optional adjustable steering column.

Matched and attached
Volvo has a comprehensive range of Volvo attachments, specially designed for the compact wheel loader range. Perfectly matched to the machine’s linkage system, hydraulics and driveline, Volvo attachments compliment the machine to offer superior productivity. Moreover, the Volvo Attachment Bracket allows for fast alteration between attachments. For operations that require demanding attachments, the optional high flow hydraulics function can be engaged, delivering up to 200 bar/110 litres per minute.

To minimize downtime, the L20H and L25H are built using the best-in-class components. To make routine maintenance and daily service checks quick and easy, compact wheel loaders boast long service intervals, and maintenance points are located at ground level. Customers can also benefit from a range of services such as Genuine Volvo Parts, maintenance plans or CareTrack – Volvo’s state-of-the-art telematics system. This intelligent system creates reports on alarms and collects information regarding fuel status, machine location and hours.
